DELIVERY

Orders are processed within three working days of reception. Delivery times run from this date on. Except in case of major forces, they will be, within the limit of available stocks, send within 72h for France and 4 to 8 working days for foreign countries, depending on the destination with Colissimo. 

You can also choose to receive your package in a parcelshop with Mondial Relay. Please then count approximatively 3 to 5 working days between the order confirmation and the delivery. 

The ordered products will be delivered to the address specified by the user on the website. The possibility of worldwide delivery is given on the website.

All orders are processed with aboslute care. The risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer, from the release of the product from the warehouse. If you notice a defect (cardboard damaged, tears, crushing... ) when receiving the packet, please do not accept it.  And then we will organize a new shipment. 

The exchange of any product declared, a posteriori, damaged during transport, without any reservation has been issued on  receipt of the package cannot be supported.

In case of delay, ENCORE!s responsibility cannot be engaged and this for any reason whatsoever. Therefore, no claim for compensation of any nature whatsoever can be claimed by the user to ENCORE!

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are to be paid by the user and dependent on the country of delivery. The different option will be specified to the customer during the confirmation of the order. We let you choose the best option for you.
